Mind and Body Reboot Programme

• 2 x 60minute virtual sessions using the powerful combination of coaching, NLP and hypnotherapy. 
Session one - The Body. 
This will include a full consultation covering diet and lifestyle. We will work together to identify any areas that you feel need improving and set an achievable action plan. A hypnosis will end the session focusing on your specific needs.

• Coaching workbook to be used in between sessions. 
• Food and Mood diary. 
• 1 Hypnotherapy recording focusing on better food choices. 
Session two - The Mind 
This is where we will look at your stress levels and work on reducing them using mindfulness techniques and hypnosis. We will also work on boosting your confidence. 
• Mindfulness exercises. 
• 1 Hypnotherapy recording focusing on reducing stress and improving confidence. 
You will also receive 30 days email support with tips and motivation to help keep you focused.
