“People do not come to therapy to change their past but their future”. Milton Erickson
Do you need help to overcome a bad habit?
Imagine how great it would feel to break that habit and create a positive new one!
I can help you to do just that…
What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis is a natural state of focus and relaxation. It can be likened to guided meditation and daydreaming. Everyone enters ‘hypnosis’ twice a day when we are waking up or falling asleep.
It is an effective, natural technique for accessing the unconscious mind and unlocking the key to change our unwanted habits and behaviours.
I use hypnotherapy to:
Help you deal with stress and anxiety
Create a feeling of relaxation and calm.
Each unique session is tailored to you and your requirements. We begin by focussing on what you wish to achieve, as well as answering any questions and ensuring that you are comfortable.
During the session, you will feel completely relaxed, in control and will awaken feeling refreshed and able to continue with your day.
Sessions are 90 minutes long.
