What is hypnotherapy? 
Hypnosis is a natural state of focus and relaxation. It can be likened to guided meditation and daydreaming. Everyone enters ‘hypnosis’ twice a day when we are waking up or falling asleep. 
It is an effective, natural technique for accessing the unconscious mind and unlocking the key to change our unwanted habits and behaviours.

Sessions are 90 minutes long.

Q. What is hypnosis? 
A. Hypnosis is a natural state of deep trance where our subconscious mind is more open and receptive to positive suggestions that are given. 
Q. Will I Sleep? 
A. You will be aware of everything that is happening and being said the whole time; however you will be deeply relaxed that you may find yourself drifting into different levels of awareness. 
Q. Will I remember everything afterwards? 
A. This depends how deep in hypnosis you are but generally most people do remember either everything or certain parts of the experience. 
Q. Are there any side effects of hypnosis? 
A. The only side effects are beneficial ones of feeling more relaxed afterwards and feeling more positive.
