Since becoming alcohol-free in January 2021, Debs has transformed her own wellbeing and gone on to help hundreds of people create healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Having trained with Janey Lee Grace, author of Happy Healthy Sober, Debs is a fully qualified and accredited Sober Coach who specialises in helping people break free from unhelpful drinking habits and step into the best version of themselves.
